1998
All the children in Years 1 and 2 took part in a Victorian Day in October.
Their parents really went to town in sending them to school in their best Victorian style
clothing and their teachers also dressed up for the day.
Victorian lessons went on throughout the day and included a map of the British Empire, copperplate handwriting and drill. Even the assembly was Victorian in style.
These pictures (taken by Mrs.Connington, a parent governor) were specially treated before scanning to give them the sepia effect of old photographs.
