Mrs Robinson

So here's to you Mrs Robinson.....

Mrs Robinson left the school at Easter 2003 to go to her new job as a deputy headteacher of an infant school.

The Friends of Acre Heads presented her with a commemorative engraved paperweight on behalf of the pupils and parents. Mrs Robinson also received gifts from the staff, including some special carrots, courtesy of Mrs Jackson! The staff also prepared and sang a special version of 'Mrs Robinson' by Simon and Garfunkel for our own Mrs Robinson.

Mrs Robinson presented the school with two sets of books, one for the infants and one for the juniors.

Mrs Robinson sent this message to everybody...

I'd like to say an enormous thank you to everyone at Acre Heads for all your kind words, cards and gifts. I shall treasure them always. I shall miss my friends and the lovely children. I know Miss Woodward will enjoy working in the Foundation Stage. Thank you for a fantastic 'send off' with that wonderful assembly and amazing singing. I shall always remember Acre Heads - a happy place for me. I wish you all the very best in the future.
